Pete Baka, President
Pete has 30 years of marketing, communications, promotions, operations, and sales experience working with small and mid-sized organizations to large Fortune-500 companies throughout Cleveland.
Over his career, he has created, directed, and executed millions of dollars of budget for programs in the B2B and B2C spaces for companies such as Lincoln Electric, Swagelok, 3M, PPG, Alcoa, and others.
Having worked in several high-tech industries from manufacturing to professional services, Pete is fluent in all aspects of marketing strategy. He has unique experience in marketing products through industrial and commercial distribution networks working with channel stakeholders to drive results. Pete also has extensive experience in managing tradeshows and events across the globe from selecting, planning, training, executing, and evaluating ROI.
Since 2015 as his own business 360 Marketing, Pete focuses his sights on small to mid-sized organizations to truly define their unique message and create marketing programs to help them succeed in competitive markets. His recent clients include professional service organizations, industrial distributors, manufacturers, hospitality clients, senior services, non-profits in both education and those working with disabilities, and several others.
Pete earned his BBA in Marketing from Ohio University and an MBA in Management & Leadership from Baldwin Wallace College. He has also directed international marketing programs that reached throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.
